We collect information necessary to administer your athletic membership, guarantee station availability, ensure physical safety during high-intensity training, and provide personalized coaching:

• Account & Identity Data: Full legal name, preferred name, email address, mobile telephone number, emergency contact details, date of birth, and photographic ID for studio check-in verification.
• Billing & Payment Information: Credit/debit card numbers, bank account routing (for ACH auto-debit memberships), and billing addresses. All card processing is handled via tokenized PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant processors; JETSTRIKE never stores raw card verification numbers on local servers.
• Facility Utilization & Reservation Records: Class booking logs, station assignments, arrival check-in timestamps, waitlist activity, and attendance frequency.
• Digital Telemetry: IP addresses, browser specifications, mobile device operating system versions, and interaction metrics on our booking platform.

03. Biometric & Athletic Telemetry

During performance classes (e.g., STRIKE HIIT, VELOCITY Cycling) or personal coaching assessments, members may optionally connect biometric tracking hardware:

• Real-Time Heart Rate & Zone Tracking: Instantaneous heart rate (BPM), percentage of max heart rate, and estimated caloric expenditure transmitted to in-studio telemetry displays during active sessions.
• Body Composition Metrics: Skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage, and intracellular hydration from voluntary scans on our commercial body composition analyzers.

04. How We Use Member Data

Your data is used exclusively to facilitate a world-class athletic experience:

• Delivering seamless studio check-in and station assignments.
• Sending real-time class schedule changes, waitlist openings, and booking confirmations via SMS or email.
• Enforcing safety protocols and medical emergency response if a member experiences acute distress on the training floor.
• Analyzing aggregate studio attendance to optimize class scheduling, trainer staffing, and contrast suite turnover.

05. Locker Room & Plunge Suite Privacy

Member dignity, psychological safety, and physical privacy are absolute priorities:

Closed-circuit security cameras (CCTV) are deployed exclusively in public compound areas (reception desk, main barbell floor, retail lounge, and perimeter exterior access points) for member safety and asset protection. No surveillance devices exist in changing or recovery areas.

We partner only with vetted industry leaders bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements:
